Onsite Virus/Malware Removal

A Technician will come to your home at your pre-scheduled time to eradicate all Malware infections found on your system. This process can take anywhere from 1-4 Hours depending on the amount of files stored on your system. We charge a flat fee plus a trip fee if the technician has to return to your home for any reason. There are times when a system just can’t be clean on-site and will require a system reload or system restore. The cost is covered in our flat fee but may require the technician to take your system into our office for the process; a 35.00 trip fee will be added to your 159.00 flat rate. When your system is returned the technician will install one printer driver and load one application if needed for the customer.
